Topps presales are planned to begin on November 18, 2025. Among multiple formats, Hobby boxes contain one autograph and Jumbo boxes have three autographs.
First Day Issue and Sapphire Edition boxes are also expected, along with multiple Retail formats.
Seemingly borrowing the idea from Panini, there's a new premium Complete Set version with all base cards numbered to 199 copies. Each box also adds one autograph, limited to 20 copies or fewer.
NBA Chrome hasn't been seen in a standalone release since 2008-09 Topps Chrome Basketball. The following year, the final Chrome NBA cards were inserted into the 2009-10 flagship series.
While recent Chrome Basketball editions had NBPA licensing, the cards couldn't show team logos.
The Chrome NBA edition follows the flagship 2025-26 Topps Basketball release.

Relying on original artwork and vivid colors, the Ultra Violet super short print (SSP) is exclusive to Hobby boxes.
