2026-27 Donruss Basketball returns for the second year of the pro/NIL hybrid trading card series from Panini.
Hobby boxes again include three autographs, plus multiple inserts and parallels.

2026-27 Donruss Basketball Checklist Rundown
Highlighting a mix of players from various points in their careers, the 2026-27 Donruss Basketball checklist covers current and retired stars, plus NIL athletes.
Mirroring last year's set, most cards aren't licensed, so they must remove the official team and league logos. In some cases, Panini has deals with select colleges that allow licensing.
Base & Insert Details
With the base set, Panini amps up the border to cover even more of the card. Parallels are common, with one expected in every Hobby pack.
2026-27 Donruss Basketball also taps into the Donruss offshoots to deliver Donruss Optic base cards and parallels (/225 or less), averaging two per Hobby pack, and new Donruss Elite base cards and parallels (/99 or less), averaging one per Hobby box.
From there, many familiar inserts add more collecting choices to Donruss Basketball. The inserts combine to average eight per Hobby box, such as Greeting From, Net Marvels, Now Playing, Swish and Unleashed.
Super short prints (SSP) include Downtown, again featuring the one-of-one Gold Vinyl parallel, which is noted as a Hobby exclusive.
The SSP chase also includes more Hobby exclusives, such as the debuting Splash of Color. Fans may recognize this as the same name used by the hobby for a popular insert from Panini's NSCC promo set.
Another new SSP appears via Presentations, which is a crossover from NBA Hoops.
Autograph Details
Among the autographs, 2026-27 Donruss Basketball boasts many hard-signed editions, like the popular Next Day Autographs and Pen Pals lines.
New on-cards arrive in Donruss Dimensions, GenreGraphs, Get to Know and The Athletic Dept.
Providing some of the most colorful cards in 2026-27 Donruss Basketball, the hard-signed Art Signatures series comes in horizontal and vertical versions.
