The NHL release keeps the same high-end format with only one card per box. Per UD, "Every card is slabbed, photographed and serial-numbered with a QR code, which collectors can scan to view a gallery of images from multiple angles that depict the card as it was originally issued by Upper Deck."
Although this is the first standalone Splendor release in eight years, the brand has received multiple updates as an insert in The Cup.
