2025 Topps Chrome Football provides the first Topps NFL cards in many years, as the 2024 Topps Chrome Football edition was unlicensed. The last fully-licensed Topps Chrome NFL series appeared in 2015, with Panini taking control of the exclusive since then. Now the NFL trading card license is back with Topps as part of a multi-year exclusive.
Despite its late arrival, the product highlights rookies from the 2025 draft class, including names with zero autographs in the licensed 2025 Panini sets, like Jaxson Dart.
Starting with the preorders on April 3, 2026, multiple formats appear for sale at the same time, including Hobby and Jumbo boxes via EQL raffles, and Megas, Value Blasters and Hangers on the Topps website.
