2026 Topps Chrome Football returns for year two of the rebooted chromium brand with full NFL licensing.
While the 2025 edition was very late, arriving on April 15, 2026, the 2026 product has a much more appropriate timeline for the current season.
Topps Hobby presales are expected to begin on October 19, 2026. However, the First Day Issue (FDI) presales appear first, on October 16, 2026. These include exclusive cards and are sold via "Dutch Auction."

2026 Topps Chrome Football Checklist Rundown
Adding chromium stock to the main design in 2026 Topps Flagship Football, 2026 Topps Chrome Football amps up the top veterans and rookies with various Refractor parallels.
Familiar chase inserts include Helix, Radiation Rookies and Ultra Violet alongside NFL-specific Game Genies, Kaiju and Tecmo lines.
Topps also revealed the Minions edition of Tom Brady earlier in the year.
In addition, look for the all-new Glass Canvas, Madden 99 Club and Super Bowl at Night inserts.
A colorful selection of signed cards gives collectors more to chase in 2026 Topps Chrome Football. Many names are expected across the Chrome Autographs and Rookie Autographs lineups. Teased images from Topps show on-card signatures.
Limited versions include Green Refractor (/99), Purple Refractor (/75), Red Refractor (/5) and more.
The low-numbered Molten Mercury parallels are exclusive to FDI boxes.
