Our sports card release calendar helps you stay informed about the latest card products. Listings are grouped by date and there is also a true calendar view so that you can plan out your month.
By default, the new release calendar shows a list of products organized by date, with the upcoming sets at the top and the oldest releases at the bottom. These can be further filtered by sport using the dropdown menu. Click on the "Choose Category" menu to focus on one specific sport. Collectors can also click the "Calendar View" tab to review releases across specific months.
Each link on the Sports Card Release Calendar takes you to a rundown of the product, with checklists, set details, box breakdowns and more, as available, for various Panini, Topps and Upper Deck cards.
Please be aware that the release dates are frequently adjusted by the card manufacturers, sometimes with little notice, and some sets may be moved back multiple times. Dates are always subject to chance at any point.
Previously, most trading card sets were announced many months in advance, typically around six months before the release date. In the current hobby, the timeline is much shorter, especially for Topps and Panini. Some sets are not officially revealed until weeks or even days before the official release. In fact, Topps frequently announces sets about a month (or less) before the actual release, as part of the presale on the Topps website. While Upper Deck has remained consistent in providing set details in advance, the final release dates are only confirmed about a month out.
